ISORA HOUSING BLOCK

Isora Housing Block is a visionary architectural reinterpretation of coastal living in Tenerife, overlooking the vast expanse of the Atlantic Ocean. Operating under the premise that collective housing should integrate organically into the hillside, the project resolves steep level differences through a stepped morphology that maximizes panoramic sea views. Our design employs an "interior landscape" concept, where a network of courtyards and access footbridges create a fluid transition between private and communal realms, seamlessly weaving the built environment into the island's volcanic topography.

The resident experience is defined by optimized natural light and cross-ventilation at every floor level. The block combines single and maisonette flats, culminating in a rooftop swimming pool that serves as a contemplative lookout toward the horizon. By prioritizing shared spaces and the efficient use of sea breezes for thermal comfort, Isora Housing Block exemplifies our commitment to creating residential ecosystems that harmonize human life with the preservation of Tenerife’s landscape character, ensuring a lasting legacy of spatial quality for future generations.
