Hasoub Headquarters is a pioneering architectural ecosystem designed to catalyze the tech and social landscape of Northern Israel. Conceived under the "city in a building" philosophy, the project bridges cultural heritage with industrial innovation. The design features a robust masonry base crowned by an avant-garde, faceted roof structure that redefines the site’s skyline. This transformative space serves as a central hub for startups, fostering a dynamic environment where professional development and social interaction coexist within a high-tech infrastructure.

Our approach utilized advanced environmental simulations—including micro-sensing and radiation analysis—to optimize performance. The final design integrates a lightweight, geometric canopy providing intelligent shading across coworking zones and public agoras. By merging heritage-inspired stone with a flexible interior, Hasoub creates a versatile environment for the future of work. The result is a monumental landmark that embodies our dedication to "City Making," ensuring a sustainable and technologically advanced legacy for the region’s tech community.
