Technically, the project prioritizes environmental performance through a specialized façade. A rhythmic system of horizontal louvers provides advanced solar protection, regulating natural light while maintaining high thermal efficiency. The program is organized across three levels, featuring multifunctional "free learning" zones and a central auditorium for collaborative education. Textured materials create a durable aesthetic that balances solid mass with light-filled areas optimized for child development.
