As part of the Bartlett B-Pro SuperCrit 2025, RC18 Parliaments with Things, led by Enriqueta Llabres-Valls and Zachary Flucker, presented groundbreaking work rethinking participatory urban design through non-human agency and platform ecologies. Drawing from Bruno Latour’s “Parliament of Things,” the studio explored AI, metaverse tools, and digital twins to reimagine collaboration and urban engagement in the face of ecological crisis.

The projects showcased how radical design methods and technological innovation can build inclusive, adaptive urban strategies—positioning RC18 at the forefront of design research for the climate emergency.
